CUSTOMER CARE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITY
If you have any disability or special needs please let us know and we will attend to you accordingly.
FOR THOSE WITH PHYSICAL DIFFICULTIES
Wheelchair facilities and a disabled person toilet are provided on the ground floor of Burnby Hall offices. If for any reason you are unable to climb the stairs we will attend to you on the ground floor.
The Boards offices are signed warning of any steps. If these cause any difficulty we will escort you.
If you require to sit down we will provide a seat.
FOR THOSE WITH HEARING DIFFICULTIES
If you suffer hearing difficulties we will if required write things down for you.
FOR THOSE WHO ARE BLIND OR PARTIALLY SIGHTED
If you suffer visual impairment we will try to explain things to you in more detail.
FOR THOSE WHO REQUIRE PRIVACY OR HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS
If you require privacy or have any other special needs we will try to accommodate you accordingly.
FOR THOSE UNABLE TO ATTEND AT THE OFFICES
If in exceptional circumstances you find it impossible to attend at the Boards offices we will if appropriate arrange to visit you at home.
